Chef Anita has joined Simple Abundance to help us enjoy cooking.  She will be sharing  her secret recipe’s – unique recipe’s that are quick, simple and delicious.   Recipe’s that will bring the family back to the table!

Anita is passionate about creating beautiful food and her signature dessert is Fresh Ginger Bavarois with Orange and Juniper Berry Glaze.

She has travelled the world and her recipe’s are inspired from foods from around the globe.  She also has a very strong affinity to a good, hot cake!

Awards and Accolades:

In 1985 Anita won the Western Australia Young Achiever Award for career achievement.   She also won Australian Apprentice Chef of the Year.

She studied at the Ecole Lenotre in Paris after being awarded the Alex Chervievre Scholarship.

Anita’s Apple Pie won Western Australian Pie of the Year, a competition hosted by radio personality Ted Bull.

Her Story:

After working in restaurants in Perth, Anita started her own business, Especially Tasty,  an innovative business model where she cooked beautiful dishes in her clients own dishes enabling them to serve them as their own!

She then took on her biggest challenge ever – Chef at a prestigious Perth boarding school where she cooked for over 150 teenaged girls every day for twenty years.

The Joy of Cooking:

Anita will be sharing delicious recipe’s using ingredients which are easily sourced and found in your pantry.   She will show us her special shortcuts and Chef hacks to make cooking a joy and our kitchens a pleasure.

Chef Anita will help us to produce special food – food cooked with love.
